As an artist based on Cape Cod, MA, I am deeply inspired by the natural beauty and serenity of my surroundings. Transitioning from a classical realism foundation, my recent work explores the ephemeral and sensory aspects of impressionism, employing oil and acrylic to evoke the essence of my subjects in portrait, genre, still life, and landscape scenes.

My training at the Pennsylvania Academy of The Fine Arts and under the tutelage of master artist Wade Schuman in New York City has greatly influenced my artistic style and technique. Through my work, I aim to convey a sense of connection with the subject matter, whether it be a person, a moment in time, or a landscape.

My art has been exhibited in galleries and public spaces across the United States, from Pennsylvania to New England, and hangs in a number of private collections internationally. Each piece is a reflection of my passion for art and my desire to evoke emotion and contemplation in the viewer.

In my creative process, I am constantly exploring new ways to interpret the world around me, finding inspiration in the quiet moments as well as the grand scenes of life. My goal is to create art that not only captures the visual aspects of a subject but also its underlying emotions and stories, inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and connect with the work on a deeper level.
